Yes. Here it is a bit out of focus but you can make out the mark.

Ah yes, I know the badge & mark you mean.  These codes/marks were also used on the WHW Tag der Deutschen Polizei tinnies.  As far as I know a list of makers who used these codes have not yet been identified.
