Chinese seal III, German booty from ca. 1900

Hi Gents,

 

this seal came too from a german soldier who fought in

 

China 1901.

 

Unfortunately I can´t read chinese. Is it possible to say for what it was used

 

or what the inscription means ?

Nothing special, a name (the first tree characters) with the word "invoice / receipt" (the last two).
