Egypt - Nishan al-Istikal - ribbon

Hello,

I have just got this nice medal, I dont kow, if is 4th or 5th class. Unfortunately the ribbon is incorrect. Can somebody advice , where to buy a correct one?

Also would it be possible to translate markings? The number 95 means silver quality but arabic writings?

Owain identified this hallmark on the the Egyptian Order of Independence of the Republic (Nishan al-Istiklal) as that of the manufacturer Fuchs in his post of 25 April, 2018 on the thread "Miniatures of the Middle East & Arab World" here in the "Middle East & Arab States" section.
