Help appreciated to identify foreign Order

I woukd like to ask if any Forum members can identify the Order of this portrait of the Prado Museum. There is not a spanish

It could be. The detail in the center of the plaque is not visible. At first it seemed like a bust, but I don't know if it could be an arabic inscription. The plaque shape doesn't seem right to me either, I don't know if there are other models.

There are some versions that are more like the painting but I now realize that it doesn't seem to match the correct amount of points on the breast star, and I can't see the half moon, but many artists didn't pay much attention to the specific details of the decorations when reproducing it them in paintings.

in fact it could be another decoration, but I don't remember many others that fit this description
