Looks like a solid, authentic, genuine original.  Nice NSDAP badge manufactured by L. Christian Lauer, Nürnberg, just like this one:

I see no red flags..

Just an aside...  There are some very minor scuff marks on the front, but most important, no chips, no fissure cracks and no broken/missing enamel.  Love that stylized "RZM" on the reverse.  Definitely a badge for the showcase.
