Guest Rick Research Posted June 13, 2006 Share Posted June 13, 2006 I've seen documents from hospitals noting that they had run out of the award in question and could only hand over the paperwork...leaving it as somebody ELSE'S problem to come up with giving the poor soldier the award he was entitled to!
