Christian L Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 nice group and great order of the crown!up to now i have seen a similar "designed" wreath only ones on a frech legion of honor knight and i was so "cought" at it!(sadly i wasn't able to buy it - but i guess, i'll never forget how nice it was made compared to so many "normal" decorations!)thats craftsmenship in high-end-class!thanks for sharing christian
Jacky Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 (edited) Fabulous!!! Especially the first class Civil decoration!!! You can see the gold through the ribbon, in my versions they are all yellow.... From the commemorative medal can be concluded that it was a volunteer without front service. Somewhere in the colonials.....CorrectionThe star was for "gereformeerden" (don't know the exact english term for this ) who had suffered wounds inflicted in war or cought illness due to their service......My excuses for this fault.... /Correction Edited July 11, 2006 by Jacky
