Guest Rick Research Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 :jumping: 1912 Directory of Bavarian reserve officers showing he was a Factory Director in Creidlitz.
Guest Rick Research Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 You have one of the most peculiar Bavarian document groups that exists-- congratualtions! Full pageAND-- in addition to the freaky 1924 "CM2X" from Coburg... one of the VERY last "1914" Iron Crosses ever awarded-- signed by my German hero, Friedrich Freiherr Kress von Kressenstein-- the man who stopped Hitler's 1923 Beer Hall Putsch.
Deruelle Posted May 12, 2009 Author Posted May 12, 2009 Thanks Rick for your comments. Albert Rose is not a "Hero" with a lot of medals, but for me this group is very important. May be one day when the chance will be there, I can reunite the ribbon bar and medal bar !!!Christophe
Guest Rick Research Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 This group proves that Insanely Rare does NOT have to mean "celebrity status."
Deruelle Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 Here is another document from Albert Rose about his iron cross 1st class and the new grade of Major.Christophe
