Strangely, this is NIB.

Interestingly, this badge is numbered, this #17599.

This came, paired with a MRYL badge (see http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=10198&st=14 and following posts) and with a union membership booklet. Who knows . . . ??

Interestingly (?), the document seems to show the X 12 badge (?!).

Strangely, this is the only entry. The interior pages (intended to show acievements?), dated from 2000 to 2030 (!) are all blank. Is this a surprise?
