He lived at the "Red Star" Kolkhoz in the village of Khrenovoe, Rozhdkhavsky Raion, Voronezhskaya Oblast. Born 1920. Awarded by Prikaz of 20th Rifles Corps 28.11.44 for OPW 2 # 815,628 and issued by 55th Gds Rifles Div 18.9.46, signed by CO Colonel Danil(yok?)The reverse (?) notes death date, and that the Colonel issued the OPW and this certificate to the recipient's mother, Vera Illarionovna Shablykina on the same day in the same home town.
