Japanese relic from the Lorient Uboat Bunker

Hi

I just find in the Lorient U-boat base (The scorff bunker) the following paper relic!!!

Can you help me to have more information about this relic? Translation?

During WW2, only two japanese submarines came in Lorient, the I30 in august 1942 and the I29 in March and April 1944.

It appear's to be a label for a "Champagne cider". From what I understand this is a "Carbonated beverage"?
