BTW, the middle one in the second row is an "excellent soviet army" badge--the sucessor to the old-school otlichnik-badge series, so its not really "commerative." Details, Details.. I just got back from driving 2000 miles round trip for a paralyzed veterans Bass tournament in Georgia and my minds still out of wack!! LOL!!!Docp.s.
