For Research German ribbon bar with questions

I´ve could add this ribbon bar to my collection,

I have Problem with the last two ribbons.

Could the blue with crown be Jugoslavian ?

I´ve no idea with the red / white yellow side stripes ribbon

Dear Andreas,

The Yugoslavian Crown Order ribbon is plain blue.

I would say this ribbon represents the Romanian Order of the Crown.

The second to last - I believe - it's a romanian Order of the Star - First class - second type.

It's very rare - and comes in peace/war and military/civil (at least 4 breast badges/variations)

The order is between the Grand Cross and Grand Officer. Just to complicate things. :-)
