Tobias Posted September 15, 2017 Share Posted September 15, 2017 Hello Gentlemen! Today I present you the German Bayonet 98/02 with saddlebacks. It was usually part of the equipment of the non-commissioned officers (Unteroffiziere). This particular bayonet was found in a sewer and professionally restored. The handles and sheath were complemented. Here it is depicted in comparsion with the standard version which was later replaced by the 98/05 ("German butcher blade bayonet").
