This seal and other things came from a german soldier who fought in China 1901. Unforrtunately I can´t read chinese. Is it possible to say for what it was used or what the inscription means ? Every help appreciated.

Hello Gent´s, do there exist award list`s for the Ordine della Corona d`Italia ? I´m looking for the names of german recipients who got this order combined with the earthquake by Messina.
