    1. I would put this post in the sales section but it does not really fit there. I have an extra 1897 Imperial Germany Army Rangliste in very good condition. I would like to trade it for a 1900, 1901, 1904 or 1905 Imperial Germany Army Rangliste. I am not concerned about the condition as long as all the pages are there and in good condition. Please PM if you are interested.
    2. The book will be in Adobe PDF format. Since the book is near 2000 page it will not be in one PDF file. I will have to split it up into 4 or so files. Since the book lists people by last name this is not a problem. I have many copies of my rangliste on cd for researching WWI German offices. Please PM if you want one. The price is $75. and includes paypla fees and US shipping. Shipping elsewhere is $2.
    3. Daniel, you made over, Great. Check your regular email as I sent you a test scan of this book, just one page.
    4. I also saw this out the same place you did. I was working with the seller to trace it. It is in the works and I will let others comment. Please PM me on this.
    5. I recently acquired this fantastic book. As you may know it lists the orders of people who paid a fee to be listed. The DOA is a very difficult book to find and can sell for over 500 euros. I am considering putting this book on CD like I have done with the WW1 ranglistes. My question is, would you you pay 80 euros/100 dollars for this book on CD. If enough member say they would I will do it. Please give me any feedback that you would like to help me make a decision.
    6. Dan, This case is hard to find. I have one seen one or two others for sale. If I do sell I will let you know.
    7. The plate has the name A. Schreyec(h or k) engraved on it. Now if anyone comes up with any information on the guy I will be very, very impressed!
    8. Ah, But once we open each of them we see the difference. [attachmentid=13515] One houses a single 1914 EK2 with a very long ribbon and the other houses the 1914 EK2, Ek1, Hindenburg and Bayern MVO with swords. The manufacture made a standard shell and allowed for a custom insert. I have also seen this case with pilot badges.
    9. Two identical cases made by the same case manafactured Eisenberger Etuisfabrik of Eisenberg, I believe in Saxony. From the outside they are the same.
    10. Per the Rick Meister I am posting this group of docs for Lt. Jaensch. Up first is the EK 1 and 2 Doc.
    11. Ah! Someone else who has a love of documents. David, do you have any idea what the sax-min doc is worth?
    12. Rick, I knew you would help sort out the docs. I am a little confused by you say the "female regent". What do you mean? If you have not seen the doc then it must be rare.
