[it is weird looking. Ya now, I've noticed many photos of officers, even colonels, show both enlisted and officer mox of the Bravery Order and the
Bravery medal. Would this indicate prior service in the ranks or as a cadet?

I saw this photo for sale and wonder if anyone can ID the man or at least his awards. He looks to have had a super career...

Hi Doc,
Vince Leone here in Phoenix. Did you ever find out about this Bulgarian cap? Time period, branch, anything? I have a uniform and need a cap but have no idea what it looks like.
My best,
Vince (18D, US Army)
Your cap appears to be for an infantry officer but I can't determine the period. It may be late WW1 or 20s-30s era.
Nice though.

You're absolutely correct! I was stuck on the train troops track (no pun intended) though, I wasn't thinking about the Kragenpatten colors. Sorry. If it is train, then the buttons should be tombak.
I'm looking for any clues in my references. I've my stuff scattered all over.

From pure historical point of view he is an interesting figure. But my view is neither historical, nor pure I know I have seen somewhere his picture Will add it here, when remember where have seen it
Thanks Theo, that's more than I could find. Odd how he could go from major to General just because he was involve in the coup of 44.

I have had this Blue RCAF BD for some time.
Any opions. When I bought it I didn't notice the lack of shoulder straps. I'm not sure if enlisted BDs had them or not.

from that view I'd agree. Here's a better view showing the double red stripe.

Kleiner Rocks are attractive. Very unique tabs on the first one. I've never seen that before.

This tunic is from jwhat I understand a Colonel of Cavalry Tunic.
