    1. Hi Lads and lasses, I bought an SC in bronze with a name scratched on the back. This got me thinking. If we all look through our items with Spanienkreutz attributed ie: names scratched on the backs of SC's , soldbucher with SC awarded, death notices with SC listed, photos with names written, we might come up with quite a list to add to the few sources of names there are in books. Lets give it a go kiddies! lets put a name to all 28000 members of the legion Condor!!! Here is my offering Matzat scratched in the back of my bronze grade SC w/o swords. clear in good light with a loop not so good despite messing with contrasts etc. in photoshop
    2. Jacques, you want to adopt me? Put me in the will?
    3. Nice guys!!! Jacques I still say that pic is either a fake or the girl is a hooker! Here are a few new ones I got. Italian planes in Spanish markings! These pics confound me, they are clearly professional photographer quality and the actual size of the pics are very large.
    4. Nice stuff!!! It has always seemed to me that an 1813 EK was necassary for any collection. it is sort of the beginning of it all . May I ask what these cost, or a general idea of an 1813 single or on a bar etc.? I am going to have to save up for one. Thanks, Sal
    5. Marcus, that could explain the cockpit photo with the english instruments! Good lad! That was confusing me. Can anyone tell us the types of planes each of these is?
    6. Hi Rick, yeah they were very high priced. Lately airplane pics from WW1&2 have been fetching what I think are crazy prices! I saved these for reference for modeling. This one was strange. English writing. So I figure it is a different plane from a different set of photos or perhaps pre war the Germans got instruments from the English?
