Medal Bar, left to right, Campaign for the Defense of Leningrad, 250th Anniversary Of Leningrad Medal, Victory over Germany, & 20th Anniversary of Victory Medal, which is mounted on the ribbon suspension for his Jubilee Medal for 30 Years of the Soviet Army and Navy. That medal, the Jubilee Medal for 40 Years of the Soviet Army and Navy, their respective documents, and the suspension for the 20th Anniversary of Victory Medal are sadly missing from this group. . .

I strongly suspect it's a "666" reproduction. There are known examples of reproductions marked with both "333" and "666" in the 1939 issue examples.

Temporary Award Certificate Temporary award certificate #V 220320 attests that Rifle Platoon Leader Guards Master Sergeant Tikhon Fedoseevich Kovtun (347 RD, 1177 RR), residing in Kiev at 8 Comintern St. Apt. 13, was awarded the Order of the Red Star #700.307 by Order 39/N of the 347 “Melitopol” Rifle Division dated 24 May 1944. He was actually bestowed the award on 7 August 1944.
