Hi Paul, It is attached via a couple of metal prongs, the actual woven eagle is on a metal backing plate, and a couple of prongs from that go through two machined holes in the white top itself. (some had three prongs). Bob

that last one shows the layout of the place, and here is the last page, sorry they are small, maybe there is a way of enlarging them to read the text, but basically it just shows the photos of the camp. (this page shows some of the internment coinage used in the camp). Bob
