Thanks to Uwe steering me in the right direction about my previous unknown DFKA piece, I have been on the hunt for more, and today......tadaaaah! I am uncertain what state I should have selected, Prussia? So I selected for research, sorry if this is wrong.

Hi Pete I have just received my replies from Reinhard Tieste: Troy, that is what we call a plaque, it is nice but no tinnie. the tinnies are for all visitors and your plaque is a memory for an active sportsmen from that event. Regards Reinhard Tieste

The regular Leipzig 41-03 tinnie listed in Tieste is just the square tinnie which has been rotated 45 degrees and has a ribbon ring/pin arrangement through the top. On my example, the rotated square is now enclosed withing a larger square, and has no ribbon ring/pin arrangement. I have sent the photos of mine to Reinhard Tieste for his thoughts.
