...... of my navy saxon super hero ??? OK , not the big fighting awards on the breast but for a navy soldier a very nice combo.... I can see : - Prussia Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen - Prussia Centenarmedaille - SEHO cross of the order - Saxony Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen - Saxony Fríedrich August Medaille - ???????????????????????? + the pre-1913 DA-clasp photo is made in Danzig and from the medal bar it has to be before 1913. So , what could this last medal be??? Any input is welcome...

Unfortunately there are no writings , photographer studios or even anything on the reverse.... but I don`t think it is the same man... completely different eyes.... one like a good grandfather and one like a cool manager ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ........ Rick are you shure about Mr.Mater ??? I am just asking because on the reverse of my picture is written "Karl Schubert , Hauptmann , fiel in der Champagne 1915" ... and the writing is original old.....

Hello all, anybody here who knows these 2 officers from the face? Nothing written on the reverse , all I can say is that the two pictures were made in China maybe between 1901-5 . The officer with the Pickelhaube wears a chinese double dragon around his neck !!! Any help is very welcome!!! thank you Heiko N°1 :

...so I bring it to your eyes!!! What makes this picture so special for me is the Japanese Treasure in last place - I love the bars with foreign orders on it. Can someone tell me his rank or position please.... the photographer from Rostock was so friendly to put the year 1911 on the photo... enjoy !!! :jumping:

Can someone tell me please what that neck order is??? I am a bit nervous because it is the PLM shaped cross but who got two EKs and a PLM as only ww1 awards? Or is it some kind of Malteser thing without the breast cross (or breast cross hided behind the arm...) ? Or whatever...??? He has two awards for colonial service (KO4X and DSWA-medal with two clasps) and two awards for ww1 (EK1 + 2) - nothing else.... any comments are welcome!!! Thanks Heiko

Today I want to show you something a bit freaky but very interesting in my eyes !!! Big cardboard photo of a Baden officer with nice 5 place medal bar (as far as I can see) totally NONCOM - and please note that the photo is made in June 1916 (middle of war) in Bruxelles (far away from home in enemy country!!!) - there is not even a simple EK2 , nothing from that war.... I think he is some kind of Beamter but I am not shure... any comments on this guy are welcome!!!
