    1. Hi, thanks for your comments. I,too, don?t rate the punch-holes themselves, but look if they erased interesting parts of the document.I think it is an individual point of view if you like or dislike it.It is you who has to be happy with the doc at the end of the day. Regards
    2. Robert, your mind is sound! Maybe they did an update? Usually they leave sold items online till the next update. Regards
    3. Robert, sad story to hear Your item is not the one depicted and I couldn?t find a passus in their regulations saying that presented items may vary in condition etc. This story will end the way Don?s ended. Since it is not you just wishing to return the item at will, but rather your not accepting any deviance from what they offered I would argue with them about the postal fees. Regards
    4. Thanks for the comments,I need to add some info I left out obviously There is an entry for the standard PAB,he received an IC 2nd class and a BWB and some other medals, but no KVK 2nd class! So I guess you are right with the mistake Regards
    5. Thanks alot for showing Joe! Do you have any additional info on it? Are silver and gold representing grades? Regards
    6. Now here is the part I have a question on....this entry is crossed out-it was for the PAB 25 Did he not receive it?[attachmentid=44237]
    7. The man had been on every front from West to East and back....
    8. his weapon experience....[attachmentid=44231] and his Panzerf?hrer course....[attachmentid=44232]
    9. Hi Gents, I would like to show you this nice Wehrpass I recently acquired. I have a question concerning one entry that is crossed out....I tell you then Now enjoy...
    10. Don, I didn?t find a fitting translation myself so I had left it in its original form I would go with the googled one this time till someone comes up with something more eloquent, precisly it would be monthly door-plaques. These were intended to be fixed onto doors somehow.I am afraid though I never handled one myself I don?t know what material they are made of-cardboard,plastic,metal could be used. The ones from 35/36 do indeed look like postcards. Maybe someone else has such a "door-plaque" and can tell us more on them? Regards
    11. I am afraid not! It is a simple 2nd class. What you have in mind indeed is pretty rare and I haven?t had any chance at all to catch me one of those.I think it is the way the picture is cut so you don?t see the loop that had lead you the wrong way. Regards
    12. Robert, congrats on the completion of the now nice set The fire brigade badge is an original. You can find it among its brothers and relatives in the thread on fire-brigade badges. Regards
    13. Hi Robert, I believe box and tinnie do not belong together. The box is for a coin-like object that bears the same inscription. The tinnie is for the return of the Saarland to the Reich. Regards
    14. Rick, I do not think that it is a kind of reward for those spending their time to work for the WHW in the streets. The exact wording of the part where the recipient has to be named is giving a different lead.It doesn?t say name of the receiver-that is just for lack of the right word-but name of the one being taken care of/counseled. I believe it is the most beautifullest social welfare cheque of the time
