      I agree, the BMVO was pretty banged up and the SAO1mS was missing the reverse medallion. However, I believe it should be identifiable. I bailed at 1500.00.

      Cool, the minis are not common. I still have my allegedly fake one, I 'awarded' it to my wife on her 25th anniversary in her job.

      After seeing these images I have doubts about the entire badge. The shape of the wreath is weird, amongst other things.

      Yes, Imperial awards were produced after the second war as replacement pieces, notably by Steinhauer.
