better pics ! the Bavarian medal is down to tight to see any marks on the swords !

He’s one I found online ! Think centers are gold on the Bavarian 4th Class cross ? Not sure on the Wurttemberg cross ? Bavarian 4th Division ? No jubilee medal so joined Bavarian army just prior to WWI after 1911 into 1940s. Cant seem to get more images to load will try with a different camera?

Stop at the craft store and home with a new perch for the White Falcon ! Used bent pins to hold bar down ! What do you think too plain ? I was thinking of putting maybe iron cross ribbon in two corners ? sorry for reflection of the old man !

Saxe Weimar Bravery /merit in ww1 Retread in WWII I assume bar date to 1939 /40 LS medal is iron . Could this be ID ? Also posted in Imperial forum.

Bar arrived today ! What a super bar ! I love this little white bird ! Enamel is perfect on both orders only thing EK2 a bit loose ! No sign of any sword device on Honor medal and its marked 990 on rim ! So was he a NCO from IR 94 before being commissioned ? I want to get a name on this one !!! LS award is magnetic !

This bar is on its way to me !im guessing a wwi junior officer recall to active duty ? My guess bar is from 1939 /40 time frame ? Any chance to put a name with it ?

Thanks Vince ! I kept going back and forth on this bar for months and negotiating finally seller came down a bit ! Also for me an added plus is the Saxon connection ! So was he a Saxon ? Guess he could have been ? Will post better pics when bar lands !

I just negotiated this bar down a bit and pulled the trigger on it ! Seems imperial german bars Keep pulling me in ! I know it’s price it steep but I think is a pretty unique bar ! The last white falcon bar I had I sold for abit less than what I payed for this ! So probably paid a bit more than I should have but I’m pretty happy I just don’t see white falcon bars much ! I in my mind date this bar to late 1939 ?

The order seem good to me . But I do not like the medal bar for original ! But if order is good and price is right ? maybe you can find an original ribbon ? Knights 1st class of OZL very cool medal !

I do not like the way the ribbons are sewn together ! The lion order looks ok to me ? But I’m no expert ! I have owned a few original 2nd class knight pieces and I know they finely made . Are there repos of this award being made now ? Is it finely made ? The castle in the center does not seem to me like it should ? flash Washing ? Can you get better pics of the enamel work ?
