    1. Same with Gottfried Fuchs from FAR 14, who we have listed as Oswald.

There is a fascinating story behind this one: He was of Jewish origin, born in Karlsruhe in 1889, a very successful football player esp. before WW1. Played several times for the German national team.

He had to emigrate during the Nazi era, finally coming to Canada. In 1941, he changed his name to Godfrey E. Fochs. Died in Montreal in 1972 (after some 'complicated' relations with the DFB: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gottfried_Fuchs )

Several books tell his story, such as this one (the scans below are taken from it):

    2. Bitterberg is also mentioned as one of three teachers with HHOX in this postwar notice (Bielefelder General-Anzeiger, 9.12.1918). The other two are

Waldemar John from Spenge (Matty had him already, https://www.kreisheimatverein.de/online-bibliothek/biografien-2/john/) and

Christian Stellhorn from Gadderbaum, first name acc. to Adressbuch Bielefeld (Bethel, in Gadderbaum). He is found at least until 1950.

    3. First name: Bruno Lehnemann

      Westdeutsche Landeszeitung (Gladbach), 21.9.1918

Born 1892, an architect - and he was with Speer later on:

Seems he died in 1944, acc. to this list:

    4.

Here is a 1937 article about the change of Kommandeur in Wehrbezirk Bochum. Both are mentioned as having the HHOX. The new one is OTL (E) Ernst Blümel, we have him. The old one, who is leaving for Wehrersatzinspektion Dortmund, is a Major (E) Meyer, born around 1889, formerly from IR 23. I don't find his first name.

      Bochumer Anzeiger, 24.3.1937

Meyer has an interesting ribbon bar as well, see the close-up.

UPDATE: According to ERL, it is either Fritz or Konrad Meyer

The Adressbuch Dortmund 1938 lists a Major Fritz Meyer, probably him. So he might be the Hptm Fritz Meyer in our list.

In the WH 1939 RL, it looks like he is the Leiter of Wehrmachtfürsorge- und Versorgungsamt Bielefeld, that's the only one who fits.
