    6. I bought these two medals from an Iraqi medal dealer in Baghdad. He said that they were Kuwaiti. There are two classes Silver and bronze and there should be a Gold Class which i may never find. The literal meaning of Taqdir Qu'ran is Predestination. A possible translation would be Order of Predestination... The ribbon is hand-woven individual stripes sewn together. Very nice enamel. Heavy medallions. Like Ed has said their is nothing showing that this is from Kuwait. The colors of the stripes could belong to any of the Arab States. Any help is appreciated. Doc

I'll start with a‘Certification’ from the Academy of Military Medicine of the Red Army in the name of S M Kirov to Raisa Alekseevna Travnikova for passing a course at the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institure in the name of Ul’ianov (Lenin). It certifies her as a Temporary Military X-Ray Technician. She received four ‘outstanding’ grades and two grades of ‘good. It is dated 15 November 1941. Doc
