    1. In cases like this you should evaluate the whole badge and not just pass it off as fake do to the marking alone. Badges found with both RZM and Ges Gesch are what is referred to as transitional badges made in late 1934 thru 1935. Badges made after 1935 and were under the control of the RZM should have only that logo and most often the M1/ control number. That is my opinion. James.
    2. Danny, I know what you mean it is an unexplained oddity to me also if the over all workmanship hadn't be so good I most likely would have pass it by. Here is my enamel version of the same badge notice how the details of the RZM logo and M numbers with exception of the Z are virtually the same.
    3. Nice enamel button hole style party badge M1/25 (Rudolf Reiling, Pforzheim.)
    4. Two new party badges,First one is a Painted NSDAP M1-120 ( Wilhelm Deumer, L?denscheid).
    5. This is the first time I have seen this badge. Most likely designed by the same artist. Very nice indeed. James.
    6. Those are some really nice KdF tinnies you have there Wood very nice indeed.
    7. The only other Zimmermann badge with this style fonts that I have seen was a transitional badge circa 1934 that would also explain the free floating swastika that can be found on these earlier badges. All the other M1/72?s have had the regulation fonts and letter spacing prescribed by the RZM that were made after 1934 like the example provided Robert.
