Just to support 922F's post and share of samples... I have just got a sample from Eswatini and share it with you (attached) .... I was told that this is the locally made a late type of this award. I presume that this is a simply cost-effective economical solution by local authorities ))) in 2000-ies

Dear Lion, It is General's insignia for a beret. There is another one (same style) for a pick hat and one more for shoulder loops. This one made in Pakistan.
