Thank you Lorenzo. From the first time looks like a keychain item, but my Iraqi friend told me that the medal is official and issued in Political Department. I will check it from other sources as well. Do you have any idea about the small medal dated 1945?

According to my friend's knowledge such kind of plague was issued to Yugoslavian officers gratuated from Air Force Academy. Do you have idea about the period or another opinion about the item? Looks like a silver.
