Ok. Let’s turn our attention to the chart itself. The Chart gives to us pretty clear idea about official hierarchy of Manchu awards. The Grand Order of the Orchard Blossom / Ta Hsun Wei Lan Hua Chang Collar

"Translation was made in institute of oriental studies Exec. (i.e. executor) major By order Korilev ? Korneev ? " Well, looks like this chart was captured by Soviets forces in Manchuria back in 1945 and for some time was studied in Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies

But the most interesting inscription (made in pencil) can be found in the upper right corner of the chart. It is in Russian
