    1. Why I am not surprised ... As for instability: this red cardboard box couldn't be exclusively associated with only one type of the medal ;)
    2. Indeed! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanji
    3. By the way, the box looks like it was made in China ;)
    4. That`s what I am talking about! Boxed specimen with rosette!!! (could you make a good photo of the last one?)
    5. Check this piece also http://www.antiqueswords.com/product-786-Pre-WWII-Period-Japanese-Men-s-Red-Cross-Medal.htm Cheers, Nick P.S. ... and I recently saw this (so typical for red curdboard boxes) medal (with this spreading clamp) in classical black lacquered box ...
    6. It looks like we have usual (for red cross medals and orders) case of instability ...
    7. Belgium, Leopold I vs. Greece, Order of the Redeemer
    8. Belgium, Leopold I vs. Netherlands, Order of Orange Nassau
    9. The funniest thing is that your special medal is exactly the same piece that I posted in # 11 and # 12. Take a close look and compare their ribbons Thanks for this photos mate! Regards, Nick
    10. Nope. We all know the answer... These freaking evil dealers again!!! Evil dealers are everywhere Usually they change evrything to green (since it is "not a difficult task" for decent evil dealer to find green one in his evil shop) ... Looks like they made a blunder... At last! Or suckers ran out of green ribbons?! But why they used sash?! Obviously suckers ran out of neck ribbons!!! :rock on:
    11. Yep. The only question is the size of this badge and the sash (it doesn`t look like usual neck ribbon ) The color of the ribbon is also a peculiar one ;)
    12. Almost unreal photo! Breast star with diamonds for non-Christians. The name of the cavalier is Seid-Asfendiar-Bogadur Khan. He was Hivanese Khan between 1911 and 1920. Modern calorizing of course...
    13. Albert Edward Prince of Wales (future Edward VII) with same reduced badge
    14. Prince Alfred Duke of Edinburgh & Saxe-Coburg Gotha with very interesting reduced version of the badge fro wearing in the bar.
