First class order statute Statut Ordena srpske zastave prvog stepena Orden srpske zastave prvog stepena sastoji se od zvezde, lente i ordenskog znaka. Podloga zvezde je osmostruka srebrna zvezda izraženih kaneliranih zraka sa zaobljenim vrhovima, prečnika 88 mm, na kojoj se nalazi pozlaćeni ovalni lovorov venac veličine 45x40 mm, u čijoj se sredini vijori zastava Republike Srbije, emajlirana prirodnim emajlom odgovarajućim bojama, crveno, plavo, belo. Zastava je duga 36 mm, a široka 35 mm. Lovorov venac nalazi se ispod zastave, apliciran na ordensku zvezdu. Lenta je od tamnoplave moarirane svile, širine 100 mm. Krajevi lente završavaju se mašnom na kojoj se nalazi ordenski znak. Ordenski znak je od pozlaćenog srebra u obliku elipse dimenzija 52x42 mm na kojem je aplicirana zastava dimenzija 36x35 mm. Na vrhu ordenskog znaka nalazi se pozlaćena kuglica prečnika 3 mm na kojoj je pozlaćena alka prečnika 8,50 mm i ovalna karika dužine 8 mm, kroz koju je povučena mašna ordenske lente. Vrpca - zamenica je od tamnoplave moarirane svile, širine 36 mm, sa jednom zlatnom uspravnom prugom kroz sredinu, širokom 4 mm. Second class order statute Statut Ordena Republike Srbije drugog stepena Orden Republike Srbije drugog stepena sastoji se od zvezde, lente i ordenskog znaka. Zvezda i ordenski znak su istovetni sa zvezdom i ordenskim znakom Republike Srbije prvog stepena. Lenta ordena izrađena je od svetloplave moarirane svile širine 100 mm. Krajevi lente završavaju se mašnom na kojoj se nalazi ordenski znak. Na sredini vrpce nalaze se dve uspravne pruge bele boje sa minijaturom Velikog grba Republike Srbije, visine 7 mm, istog oblika kao na medaljonu ordenskog znaka. Zvezda Ordena Republike Srbije nosi se na levoj strani grudi, a lenta preko grudi - sa desnog ramena ka levom boku. -

Statut Ordena Republike Srbije prvog stepena Orden Republike Srbije prvog stepena sastoji se od zvezde, velike ogrlice i ordenskog znaka. Podloga zvezde sastoji se od osam bisernih i osam kaneliranih srebrnih zraka, prečnika 90 mm, na kojoj se nalazi zlatni krst, čiji su krakovi zarezani u vidu upadnog tupog ugla, te tako obrazuju osam ispadnih uglova, na vrhovima kojih je po jedna kuglica. Krakovi krsta su od prirodnog crvenog emajla, a ivice su obrubljene prirodnim plavim emajlom. Oko plavog emajla na krakovima krsta nalazi se po jedna zlatna pruga. U sredini krsta nalazi se okrugli medaljon prečnika 25 mm, na kome je srebrni Veliki grb Republike Srbije na zlatnom polju; oko medaljona je krug emajliran prirodnim belim emajlom, oivičen zlatnom prugom, prečnika 30 mm. Velika ogrlica izrađena je od srebra, a sastoji se od 18 članaka. Centralni članak nalazi se na sredini ogrlice, oblika elipse, dimenzija 55x52 mm. Članci su kvadratni, dimenzije 35x35mm, s tim što je gornji članak u obliku romba. Na centralnom članku je, na zlatnom polju, srpski heraldički štit, oivičen srebrnim vencem, a na ostalim člancima su naizmenično poređana po tri motiva iz Studeničke kamene plastike i sa Polileja iz Markove crkve, i to: stilizovani krst, dvoglavi beli orao i ljiljan, od kojih je beli orao na polju emajliranom prirodnim crvenim emajlom. Između članaka nalaze se ornamentalne srebrne spojnice 32x26 mm. Na centralni članak kopčom je povezan Ordenski znak, koji je po kompoziciji isti kao ornament koji se nalazi na zvezdi ordena. Vrpca - zamenica izrađena je od svetloplave moarirane svile širine 36 mm. Na sredini vrpce nalazi se jedna uspravna pruga bele boje sa minijaturom Velikog grba Republike Srbije, visine 7 mm, istog oblika kao na medaljonu ordenskog znaka. Zvezda Ordena Republike Srbije nosi se na levoj strani grudi, a velika ogrlica nosi se oko vrata, tako da ordenski znak, koji je na njoj okačen, visi na sredini grudi. Slightly bigger image. -

After the breakup of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006 Serbia practically had no state decorations. This was changed in 2009 with the new law which introduced three categories of decorations: orders, medals and commemorative medals. I Orders -1) Order of the Republic of Serbia (Орден Републике Србије) -2) Order of the Serbian Flag (Орден српске заставе) -3) Order of the Star of Karađorđe (Орден Карађорђеве звезде) -4) Order of Sretenje (Candlemas) (Сретењски орден) -5) Order of the White Eagle with Swords (Орден белог орла са мачевима) -6) Order of Merits in Defense and Security (Орден заслуга за одбрану и безбедност) II Medals -1) Medal for Bravery "Miloš Obilić" (Медаља за храброст „Милош Обилић“) -2) Medal for Merits (Медаља за заслуге) -3) Medal for Zealous Service (Медаља за ревносну службу) There are also military commemorative medals but the law itself does not mention them. First document is judicial appointment, the other is for Golden Bravery Medal awarded to reserve infantry lieutenant, not particularly rare but still nice. -

You are correct, the seller is from Spain, actually I noticed two sellers from Spain with those fakes using even the same photos. They sold at least 4 pieces so far, prices ranging from 69$ to 200$. -

According to some information available online 500! of these were made in Slovenian factory Heledis (previously known as Aurea Celje). This was first brought to light in 2010 so these information are not really fresh... Anyway many thanks to our fellow collector from Slovenia who reveled this scam and posted images of fakes! -
