Adding a Navy WW2 VF-35 in about a week
Anyone not wanting to try my photobucket like if you PM me your e mail I can send you some sample patch photos that way
The person that set up my "Photobucket" link is a very good and old friend a VietNam veteran , he did all the set up himself, so I see no reason for the link to cause anyone problems , the photos he took himself and the whole set up was done by him .
I really don't know how to do this, the PB link was set up by a friend of mine , I have some posted over at the US Militaria Forum under the "Shoulder/sleeve insignia" section of that forum ,also posted some on the "Vintage leather Jacket.org" forum via a friends help, they're under the leather jacket patches section, or I can send the link or other sample photos to you direct if you e mail me

with it having the date 1989 on it and the large lettering S.E.A. I'm thinking a "Reunion" type patch havning to do with the EOD and War dogs/sniffer types , try googling Explosive Ordanance Associations and see what comes up.
I don't know if it would be of much help, but seeing as they have swords with them, do you have any refference books showing swords you could compare to the photo, it may help give you a year era.
Thier hats do appear to be of US eagle designs so I agree they are most likely US Army.
Hello Tony, if you haven't already tried contacting the 381st BG site I would suggest you do this as I'm sure they would be able to help you in getting more info about the B-17 and it's crew and waht happened to it .
Try 381st bg.org or along that line.
If you have not found any useful information, try posting photo and name on this site, US Militaria Forum they have a very good and helpful bunch there.
They have a small display of the Brazilian nose art and gear etc at the US Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, if you can get there I'm sure you would enjoy seeing the display and all the aircraft and gear etc in the Very large museum, well worth a trip to see !

Your wing in first posting appears to be an authentic WW2 Bombardiers wing, it has the long swing to the side type of pin of that era, the other wings you posted are of fairly recent types, all look to be authentic and in the various sizes and types used, go to this site and you can post them there, it is a very good one for ID's of wings/patches etc,

Good collecting!
