Can anyone ID this medal? From its placement I believe that it maybe a foreign award. I do not want to show the full pic because I am at this point unable. Any help is apprecaited.

Netherlands Order of Orange-Nassau. The swords are for all military recipients, so I assume this was a regular officer. Not exactly rare in German groups, but quite unusual enough that given any multiple German awards, probably traceable.
