Deruelle Posted August 18, 2006 Posted August 18, 2006 Hi, I bought this ribbon bar last week end on military show for 10 euros. The seller doesn't know the ribbon. I had a doubt but I bought it for Baden ribbon. The price was ok. But for me it is a fake, give me your opinions please.RegardsChristophe
Deruelle Posted August 18, 2006 Author Posted August 18, 2006 The reverse.Note that the Hungarian medal has got no swords. May it's the clue, I don't know.
Guest Rick Research Posted August 18, 2006 Posted August 18, 2006 The parts look good, but the precedence of the ribbons is just crazy. Neither the Hungarian nor Bulgarian WW1 Commemorative Medals' ribbons NEED Xs, since there were different designs for the noncombatant ribbons. It was just those crazzzzzzzzzzy Germans sticking Xs on anything foreign.Gold Xs don't go on the silver Hungarian medal's ribbon.
saschaw Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 On the one hand, it does look crazy, but on the other hand, I have a actually good FEELING with this bar, both times it has been offered on ebay.de ... Hmm ... I don't know, but who does with such things?Maybe another bar of a "f*ck the regulations, I wear what I think looks good"-guys ...
