Here is a bust of Napoleon III.

From left to right, we can identify the L?gion d'Honneur (medal + plaque), the M?daille Militaire, an unknown medal, and what seems to be the Medal of the Italy Campaign.

Anyone has an idea of what is the 3rd medal ?

The thirth one is the Italaian medal of Military Valor and NOT Saint Helena.
