Soviet Soviet cap, fake?

I bought this Soviet cap some time ago. I did a little research (caps is not my 'area'), and I don't think it's a fake, however it seems to be a wrong combination. Isn't the enamel background of the cockade supposed to be gold instead of white? I hope somebody can enlighten things.

the cap is an unissued generals service cap with an incorrect officers cap device. The generals is two part, all gold.
