i know less about these cased EK 2's than their

imperial predecessors, but these appear to be

very nice examples.

are any of them maker marked?

The first pic of the red recess base case is for a KVK 2, blue bases in the exact form are for EK 2 and this is generally accepted as such.

Thanks for the information Marcus. Was quit sure the red was for the IC, have even seen the same combination in books.

two are posted yours is probably a Deschler un-marked, Closer detail on the inner corners will prove this. post soon
