I've been looking for info on this entry W.B.Donitz(Wacht Battalion Donitz), but haven't had any luck. Maybe someone could help me find some history on it...

Very interesting entry. This was the Grossadmiral's personal guard battalion in the closing days of the war, and was commanded by U-Boat ace Peter "Ali"Cremer

Very interesting, strictly speaking a post-war promotion or at least post-surrender. If i remember correctly D?nitz went into captivity on the 23rd of May so when promoted his government or the 'system' was still functioning?
