Scowen Posted March 16, 2007 Share Posted March 16, 2007 I'm not totally sure, but I suspect that the BDR & the DRB (Deutscher Radfahrer Bund) were brought together under the DRV in the same way that the NS's bought all the women's groups together under the cloak of the Frauenschaft, & all the vets into the RTB.
