It's a gyro from the guidence system of a Henschel Hs 293, guided antishipping bomb. These weapons where carried by multiengined aircraft, like the Focke wulf Fw 200C-6 Condor, Dornier Do 217E-5 and the Heinkel He 177A-5 Greif. A small shipment of these weapons was delivered to the germans in Norway in 1945. After the war they where taken over by the norwegians, and used for instructional purposes.
