Soviet International Friendly Sports Games of Youth 1957 Moscow

In 2004 I bought on ebay a document with two sport badges (one a trainer badge). The document belonged to

Gisela K?hler (GDR-German Democratic Republic / East Germany) participant of the games.

The document is for winning the 200 meters of the international youth games in Moskau 1957.

And a souvenir badge of the 6th World Youth Games in Moskau 1957.

now a week ago I found four additional documents and four badges on ebay belonging to the same person.

Are these badges rare? Has anybody seen other badges belonging to this Youth Games 1957?
