German style mounting.Undoubtedly an Oldenburg FAK. The last two would probably be any Prussian/navy long service award XV, XII, IX and a Third Reich Civil Service Cross-- probably a 25.This particular medal bar, the naughty former Petty Officer with a "before the enemy" bar on his FAK has quite improperly worn TWO Imperial long service awards (a XXV and an XV):
