Caucasus was issued 17.9.45 at Izman'sky Province (Oblast) Veterans Commissariat.Stalingrad-- the Sr Lt was of "Admin/Svcs". (Rari? never heard that one, either)Victory Over Japan issued at a Local (Raion) Veterans Commissariat but cannot read stamp for the city.19698 is "Military Unit 01907."
