BTW: Early communist Yugoslavia had their own native designs and the YU-Orders & Medals where only manufactured in the CCCP.

Away from sources at present, but I think Battushig names the designer and they are designed by Mongolians, not Soviets.

So, Mongolians - as Yugoslavians - made their own design and the awards had been manufactured in the Soviet Union.
