Department of Homeland Security DSM

Does anybody have information about the Department of Homeland Security Distinguished Service Medal, or perhaps could share a photo? I have read of its having been awarded several times but have never seen what it looks like.

Do you know if DoHS has issued any other medals?

I am surprised that I cannot find one either!! The Govt is not normally shy about releasing images of medals as they become approved. I did manage to find an image of the ribbon bar.
