Unknown Military Shirt & medal ribbons, help to ID please

Hallo Gents

I spotted this online it is un-identified, but the ribbon bars could be US.

I am thinking along the lines of an item made for wear for OPFOR = OPPOSITION FORCES in US War Games.

Dont know much about OPFOR uniforms in US war games - pretty much all I have hear of is the red vs blue arm bands. The ribbon bar is nothing like a US one. About the only thing I see that is US is the oak leaves of a Major. I would say 'theatre frankenstein' - but that is just my opinion

The ribbon bar is imaginary. The uniform shirt is something that has evolved as an aggressor force uniform since the late fifties.

thanks for all your comments, I decided not to bid as the seller was insisting on 24 US dollars postage to Romania, which is way to high when the USPS web-page postal calculator gives a 1 Pound packet by Registered Post at just over 10 US Dollars.

Looks like some seller's want to claw back some cash if the item sells at a very low price, in this case $9.99.

that is a maximum one pound letter packet - this coat never could have been sent that way, and it for sure weighs more than a pound.

24USD was a fair and possibly low end shipping cost to Europe via Global priority mail in a box. The max would have been 37USD flat rate Global Priority.

Registration would be an additional cost.
