Leutnant SplitgerberThey are in that order:2.2.16 -- Feld-Flieger-Abteilung 294.3.16 -- Kampf-Einsitzer Abteilung 112.8.16 -- Stamp is from Artillery but the senders address is Feldfl. 2918.9.16 -- Kampf-Einsitzer Abteilung G.H.Q.20.12.16 -- Jagdstaffel 1212.2.17 -- Jagdstaffel 121.6.17 -- Franciscus-Sanatorium Berlin The last one was probably after he got wounded or ill from an hospital.Question:Anything known about a Leutnant Splitgerber ?What does the abbreviation G.H.Q. mean ?
