It looks like it has had a hard life but to me it looks like a good badge....

The mint marks look fine and interesting in that they were done before being assembled...(makes sense though I guess)

I don't see any GREAT cause for concern, especially if the price if right. It has had a hard life.

Looking more at this I feel a bit uncomfortable. As these are around, I might pass this one up. It fells just a little crude. That may be damage or something worse. Shall post some close-ups.
